Phil Robertson is a smart man. Although I don't personally agree with him that assault rifles are not a problem I do agree with the common sense of facts notion that men have been killing each other a long time before guns and gun powder.
We live in a Godless nation where human life is no longer valued. This is evident. Phil speaks to the constant use of Go's word to distinguish good from evil. He states the bible will stop people from using firearms for murder.
So where is the church in this equation? What are we doing to lead people to Christ, help those in need? We must be agents for change in our culture.
