The Entreaty of the Holy Ghost (Hebrews 3:7) - C.H. Spurgeon Sermon

"A sermon delivered by C.H. Spurgeon, Lord's day morning, March 1st 1874.

The old saying is that we should "Strike while the iron is hot!" This sermon was preached during a revival, and Spurgeon wanted to expend his effort to reach as many souls as he could.

Here he shows how the Holy Spirit entreats and pleads; and also how stubborn and hard-hearted we can be, even when God in mercy reaches out to us.
