"Philosopher Eleonore Stump and CCT Director Evan Rosa discuss the problem of suffering. This discussion has been ongoing for centuries, and the prospect of ever arriving at a fully satisfying answer seems impossible. However, Dr. Stump suggests that we supplement the philosophical approach to this question with a narrative one. Viewing experiences of suffering through the lens of narrative may offer some uniquely helpful perspectives.
